Since graduating as a Masters Student on the MA 'Beatles, Popular Music & Society', Charlotte has proven to be an invaluable aid in the continuation of this successful programme, by offering to arrange and deliver field trips, and also acting as a visiting lecturer concerning the Beatles-related tourist industry. She has been always affable and amenable and has created a great rapport with post grad students a) because she was once part of that cohort and b) because of her skills in communication. This year she has been especially useful in making contacts with local industry players for us on an individual basis and creating links between academia and business that did not previously exist.
